Good health is most valued thing in human life. Health is a great blessing of god.It is time to
aware kid about health and healthy lifestyle. Ensure good physical, mental and emotional
health which ultimately continuous to the multifaceted growth of an individual.
First off educating kids about good nutrition from an early age. Which helps them create
and maintain a well-balanced healthy life as children grow and develop.
Second thing is exercising out door isn’t just good physically but also helps out mental
health as well. Spending time with in nature and natural light can improve mood and
reduce stress.
Allow children to develop self-confidence, independence and self-esteem. They also become
aware of limits, boundaries and challenges in their play.
Children need 60 minutes of physical activity every day for healthy growth and
development.
We should teach them about use of mobile phone.
children are sensitive and not prepared for all kind of information available on the
internet.
Unmonitored usage can lead to accidental of deliberate access to shocking
unfiltered of harmful content on the next which can adversely affect the children
mindset.
