      It owns India's second largest single-site, state of the art refinery, one of the most modern and complex refineries
      globally, with businesses across the hydrocarbon value chain, from refining to retail and geared up to drive the vision of
      delivering crude to chemicals.


      Driving inclusive growth, demonstrating deeper commitment and strategic integration of social responsibilities is part of
      its corporate culture. The Company incessantly works towards being a 'neighbor of choice' for the communities around
      its refinery and depot, delivering value for the stakeholders. The social initiatives nurtured span across areas of
      sustainable livelihood & environment, education & skill development, and health & sanitation.
      Set up by the Vadinar Education Trust (Nayara Energy), Nand Vidya Niketan (NVN) School management works closely
      with  the  Trust  towards  a  vision  to  foster  an  environment  in  which  our  students  develop  an  analytical  mindset,
      independent thinking and strong values through quality education.

      Started in 2006 to provide quality education to our employee's children, NVN today ranks among the top schools in the
      district, with our students topping the CBSE merit lists for the region consistently. Attracting the brightest students
      through its meritocratic admissions process, NVN moved to its current premises in 2014 to accommodate a larger
      student body. The school today fosters education for 3029 students, with 75% of the school's students belong to
      families from Jamnagar.
      The school fosters a healthy teacher-student ratio of 1:22.
      The co-educational school's curriculum is based on the pattern of Central board of Secondary Education (CBSE), with
      the assessment based on the entire year's programme.
