     We celebrate a variety of festivals throughout the year. Behind each festival we celebrate
     there are not only stories but also scientific reasons.

     The brilliant minds of our sages and  rishis placed the festivals during a specific time of
     the  year  depending  upon  the  digestion  power ,  the  seasonal  changes   and  the
     imbalances of dosha. Here are a few examples:

     Makar Sankranti      Winter     As  per  Ayurveda,  our  digestion  power  Kite  flying  under  the  sun

     Janmashtmi           Monsoon  The  essence  of  all  these  festivals  is  Going  to  fairs  and  doing
     (Shravan)                       fasting.  According  to  Ayurveda,  since  pujas  at  home  refreshes
     Paryushan,                      our  digestion  power  is  low  due  to  the  our mind and increases our
