GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

  1. Students are expected to address their teachers and all members of the School Staff with due respect and politeness.
  2. Students are encouraged to keep classroom, school building and campus clean at all times
  3. Students are expected to take care of the school property – any kind of scribbling on the walls, damaging the school property in any form will hold the student liable for disciplinary action to the extent of suspension or dismissal from the school.
  4. Students are responsible for their own belongings.The school will not be held responsible for any loss of personal property. Every student should mark his/her belongings with the Name,class & roll number.
  5. Students are strictly forbidden to bring any valuable or expensive articles such as electronic gadgets, mobiles, I-pads, etc. In any instance wherein the student has been found carrying such objects, he will be liable for strict disciplinary action and the gadgets will be confiscated and handed over to the parents only.
  6. Smoking, chewing pan, chewing gum, betel nut or tobacco product, etc. is strictly forbidden. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, bad conduct, stealing, any form of verbal or written obscenity, using unfair means in examination justifies strict disciplinary action being taken against the defaulters.
  7. Regularity, honesty, obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, respect for school authorities and members of the staff should be the hallmark of the students. Students shall abstain from any act, which is likely to damage the reputation of the institution.
  8. All school articles are to be labelled (blazers,shoes,notebooks,books etc).
  9. No chocolates or gifts to be distributed to teachers or students on birthdays.
  10. Students up to class 5 can come in decent coloured dresses on their birthdays only

EXPECTATIONS FROM PARENTS

  1. The support and collaboration of the parents is indispensable for the success and reputation of the institution.
  2. Parents are requested to refer and countersign the school diary on a daily basis for any updates or remarks from the teachers/staff.
  3. We request your support in ensuring that the students reach the school on time in proper uniform.
  4. Parents should ensure that their ward is carrying all the required notebooks, textbooks, projects, lunch box, water bottle etc. No such items will be accepted in between school hours, unless specifically called by school.
  5. Should you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress or if he/she has any other problem in the school, the Coordinator/ Principal may be contacted during school hours only.
  6. Days CLASSES TIMING
    Tuesday & Wednesday II-XII 02:30 pm to 03:30 pm
    All Working Day LKG,UKG and I 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm
  7. Though the school takes care of your ward while in school, the school cannot be held responsible for any self-inflicted or accidental mishap/injury, physical or otherwise, that may befall your ward. Our doctor on call will address first aid and will make sure that he calls the parents for further treatment.
  8. Exemplary behavior is expected from the parents inside the school campus.Parents are to come to the school wearing formal attire to set a role model for students.
  9. No amount of private tuition can substitute for active learning, concentration and attention in the subject taught in class. Private tuitions generally reduce self-confidence and initiative and encourage laziness. Hence, taking private tuitions is discouraged. Please do not contact any teaching staff for tuitions or other favours.
  10. Please see that the student is not carrying extra books to school. Kindly check that books/ notebooks are brought to school as per the Time Table.
  11. Please see that your ward attends school in proper uniform. If student is not found in proper uniform,the parents will be called to take their wards home.
