The request for TC should be submitted in hardcopy as well as
applying online by logging to our website, the hardcopy being
available at our admin office between 9:00 am to 01:00 pm.
The School requires 10 working days to comply with all formalities
before issue of T.C
T.C will be issued only after all dues are cleared (Fees, Library Books
etc)
The fee dues if any, at the time of TC submission will be accepted only
by Demand Draft.
To claim the refund of security deposit the original or photocopy of
the fee receipt given at the time of admission by the school should be
attached along with the TC Request form. In case of loss of the abovementioned receipt, you may submit an affidavit mentioning the name
of the student, class, admission number and amount of caution
amount/ security deposit.
Term fees is not refundable.
T.C request should be submitted before the beginning of new quarter
(i.e. July, October, December, April) to avoid fees payment for the next
term.
Parents who intend withdrawing their ward from school must do so in
th writing on or before 20 March of the academic year. If the office does
not receive any intimation in writing, parents will have to pay full
school fees of the first term of the new academic year. Under no
circumstances can the above rule be relaxed.
The academic year ends on 31 March.
The ID cards of the concerned student & the parents have to be
submitted at the office at the time of collection of TC.
Even if TC request is put forth in the middle of the term the TERM
FEES for the relevant quarter will not be refunded.
